The latest addition to the Oxford English Dictionary is beyond words. Today’s online update to the definitive work adds a graphic symbol for the first time: a heart, as in “I heart NY.” Listed under the word “heart” and defined as a verb meaning “to love,” the heart is now a part of the English language, the Daily Mail reports.

Other words included in today's update were:

  • Wag, meaning "wives and girlfriends"
  • Muffin Top, which refers to "a protuberance of flesh above the waistband of a tight pair of trousers"
  • Tinfoil Hat, the headgear supposedly worn by conspiracy theorists to protect themselves from mind control
  • Banh mi, the classic Vietnamese sandwich
  • OMG, meaning, of course, "oh my God."
