You'd think that if you worked for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, you wouldn't need to worry about discrimination in the workplace. But a revived lawsuit claims that the organization, which enforces federal employment discrimination laws, violated the Rehabilitation Act in its treatment of Mary Bullock, a former administrative law judge for the EEOC who has multiple sclerosis and systemic lupus, reports the Wall Street Journal.

Bullock filed the lawsuit back in 2006, claiming that the group sought retaliation against her for requesting accommodations, such as the ability to work from home, to cope with her illnesses. She alleges her employer withheld promotion, tightened her deadlines, and "effectively discharged" her, according to the Journal. A federal district judge threw the suit away in 2010, but the Ninth Court of Appeals revived it this week. (More lawsuit stories.)
