Jay-Z vowed last year he'd respond to Beyonce's scathing Lemonade album—and he just delivered on that promise. Rolling Stone offers the 411 on 4:44, a continued documentation of the celebrity couple's marital woes via what USA Today calls an "explosive response" and the Guardian deems a "bracingly honest dissection of his own failings as a man." Hova hangs his head on the album for apparently cheating on Bey, singing, "And if my children knew / I don't even know what I would do" in the title track, which he told iHeartRadio he woke up to write at 4:44 one morning. For those who want to wallow along with husband and wife in their cathartic musical therapy, Vulture lists all of the most clear-cut responses on 4:44 to Lemonade, including a mention of the famous name Beyonce threw out in her song "Sorry."

"He only want me when I'm not there / He better call Becky with the good hair," was Mrs. Carter's original line, which Jay-Z addresses in his song "Family Feud": "Let me alone Becky!" The rapper touches on other subjects, too, with TMZ reporting he may be referring his mother's sexuality in the song "Smile," while E! Online notes Jay-Z calls out "frenemy" Kanye West and cites his famous elevator fight with Beyonce's sister Solange. The latter is mentioned in "Kill Jay Z," which also notes another philandering star. "You almost went Eric Benet / Let the baddest girl in the world get away," he lectures himself, and Benet, who admitted he cheated on ex-wife Halle Berry, has responded, per Vulture. "Hey yo #Jayz! Just so ya know, I got the baddest girl in the world as my wife....like right now!" tweeted Benet, referencing Manuela Testolini, his current wife. (More Jay Z stories.)
