On the eve of Election Day, President Trump's Twitter feed is littered with endorsements. He's pushing for Josh Hawley, Claudia Tenney, and Ron DeSantis among many others. But that laundry list of recommendations isn't without a jab at another of his favorites, though this one a favorite target: CNN. "So funny to see the CNN Fake Suppression Polls and false rhetoric," he tweeted. "Watch for real results Tuesday. We are lucky CNN’s ratings are so low. Don’t fall for the Suppression Game. Go out & VOTE. Remember, we now have perhaps the greatest Economy (JOBS) in the history of our Country!"

The Hill notes the tweet came on the heels of a new CNN poll that found the Democrats have a 13-point advantage when it comes to taking the House, along with a new approval rating for Trump of 39%; 55% disapprove of the job he's doing. That approval rating has dropped two points over the last month, and "is the worst pre-election approval rating for any president approaching their first midterm election in polling dating back to Eisenhower," per CNN. In another tweet, the president cautioned against "ILLEGAL VOTING" and warned the "maximum criminal penalties allowed by law" would be applied in such cases. (It's possible we may not know who won the midterm for weeks.)
