Dutch police say one person is possibly dead and multiple people are hurt after someone opened fire Monday morning on a trolley in Utrecht, about 30 miles southeast of Amsterdam. "A man started shooting wildly," a witness tells local media, via the BBC, which adds the gunman is believed to still be on the run. Cops are looking into a "possible terrorist motive," and a police spokesman says three rescue choppers have been dispatched, per CNN. Utrecht police say the area near the shooting has been cordoned off, and all tram service has been temporarily suspended, per transport officials. Dutch officials later upgraded the terrorism threat level to its highest with the gunman still on the loose. (More Netherlands stories.)
