Rap music big Sean Combs, aka Diddy, needs a new assistant, and 3D wannabes need not apply. He's taking only filmed applications posted on YouTube. Diddy's video announcing the search on appeared YouTube recently and gained a clarification less than 24 hours later: Applicants must be able to read, write, and count—oh, and must have a college degree.

"I like working with the best, so if you're the best, holla at ya boy," Combs says in his video. So far, more than 10,000 inquiries and 650 applications have poured in, Reuters reports, but they're not all gems. "I have zero organizational skills, I don't take direction very well, and I know nothing about running errands," says one. (More Diddy stories.)
