Children of the '80s and '90s, the rumors are true: Full House is getting a spinoff. John Stamos revealed to Jimmy Kimmel last night that Netflix has ordered 13 episodes of Fuller House, to debut next year. Candace Cameron Bure will return, playing DJ Tanner-Fuller, a recently widowed pregnant veterinarian who already has two sons, ages 12 and 7, TVLine reports. Jodie Sweetin and Andrea Barber will also reprise their roles as DJ's younger sister and best friend, respectively; Stephanie Tanner and Kimmy Gibbler will move in with DJ in San Francisco to help her raise the kids. (If the premise sounds familiar, it's because that's basically the plotline of the original series as well.)

John Stamos is producing the series and will also put in guest appearances as Uncle Jesse, and discussions about possible guest appearances are underway with the rest of the main cast: Bob Saget, Dave Coulier, Lori Loughlin, and of course, the Olsen twins. "If we can't get the Olsen twins, we're gonna dress you up," Stamos told Kimmel. "I would definitely play the Olsen twins," Kimmel said. "There's no question about it, yeah." Stamos explained that the series will start off with a one-hour special "sort of as a reunion," and "we're gonna try to get everybody" to make an appearance at some point. (Stamos recently went unnoticed in front of the Full House house.)
