Two paparazzi are accused of giving Heath Ledger cocaine while hiding their identities and then filming him, E! News reports. A lawsuit filed yesterday against the men and the photo agency that employed them claims the paps befriended Ledger at a 2006 party, gave him the drug, and then secretly filmed him from a balcony.

The plaintiff, who also appears in the video of her hotel room, was then a freelancer for People and the girlfriend of one of the paparazzi. She is suing for fraud, intrusion, and emotional distress. Entertainment Tonight bought the video for a reported $200,000 but decided not to show it of out respect for Ledger's family. A rep for the late actor said the video doesn't show him taking cocaine.
