Weinstein Accuser: He Urinated on Me

Harvey Weinstein is charged with sexually assaulting two women, and the second one testified at his New York trial Friday. Former actress Jessica Mann testified that she met the producer at a Hollywood Hills party in 2013, when she was 27, and at first "thought it was a blessing" for her career, the Daily Beast reports. But he ultimately assaulted her multiple times after promising her lead roles in his films, Mann said, giving what BuzzFeed News calls the trial's "most horrific testimony yet." After meeting Weinstein multiple times, Mann said she was in his hotel room one day in early 2013 when he asked her for a massage. Though she was uncomfortable, she continued to meet with him over the next month, until one day he forced oral sex on her when they met to discuss a role, she said. Confused due to her sexual inexperience and afraid of what Weinstein could do to her family or her career, she said, she kept seeing him, including having at least one sexual encounter with him that was not forced, per Vulture.

But the relationship was "strictly degrading from that point" on, she said, testifying that Weinstein urinated on her, coerced her into a threesome, raped her multiple times (including at least once after injecting himself with medication for erectile dysfunction), and got violent after she tried to end the relationship: ripping off her pants, dragging her from a chair, and leaving scratches on her thighs as he screamed that she owed him "one more time." "At one point it became too much and I blacked out. When I came to, he was ejaculating in my mouth," she said. She also claimed that Weinstein was "dirty" and smelled "like s---"; has a lot of blackheads on his back; and that when she first saw him naked, she felt sympathy for him, because he had "scarring like a burn victim, no testicles, and what appeared to be a vagina." She said she thought he was "deformed and intersex," and that maybe "his anger came from a place of pain." The AP reports that one of Weinstein's attorneys says Mann's description of the producer's genitalia is inaccurate. (Read more Harvey Weinstein stories.)
