A controversial new rule requiring people entering Australia to declare any illegal porn they're carrying has confused many—especially one couple returning from their honeymoon. When border guards told them they had to hand over "anything explicit," they sheepishly showed them iPhone photos they had taken of themselves naked on a beach, AOL News reports.
The wording on the landing card has now been changed to clear things up. “The previous [arrival] card stated that travelers needed to disclose any pornography," said an Australian official. "That has now been amended to read 'illegal pornography’”—which includes child porn, bestiality, sexual violence, and nonconsensual sex. But that hasn't appeased the libertarian Sex Party, which says it's gotten loads of complaints about the rule. "It is an incredible breach of people's privacy," they said. "If the objective is to stop child pornography, then this is not going to achieve this." Click here for more.
