Amazon has come under fire for selling a Kindle version of The Pedophile's Guide to Love and Pleasure. On the book's Amazon page, the author explains it is "my attempt to make pedophile situations safer for those juveniles that find themselves involved in them, by establishing certian (sic) rules for these adults to follow." It's also shooting for "liter (sic) sentences." Scores of Twitter users today slammed the retailer for propagating the book, notes AOL News.
"Free speech doesn't include a written manual on how to exploit, molest and rape our children," tweeted one. But Amazon flatly disagrees. "It is censorship not to sell certain books simply because we or others believe their message is objectionable," the site said in a statement. "Amazon does not support or promote hatred or criminal acts, however, we do support the right of every individual to make their own purchasing decisions."
