Judge to Britney: Childproof

A judge cut Britney Spears’ visits with her sons to one afternoon and one overnight visit per week yesterday. In addition to twice-weekly drug tests, Spears was ordered to childproof both of her homes by Friday. Her court-appointed parenting coach was underwhelmed by the troubled pop star's interactions with her kids, saying she rarely engaged with them "in either conversation or play."

The coach faulted Spears for not being child-centered enough. "It seems that her choices are dependent more upon what she wants to do at any given time rather than what would be more enjoyable for the children," she wrote in a report included in court documents.
Spears missed three appointments with the coach before finally attending four sessions, and reportedly showed “little or no interest in talking or utilizing” the coach’s guidance. The final custody arrangement is still several months off. (More Britney Spears stories.)
