Katy Perry is taking new hubby Russell Brand’s last name—but in Hollywood, does it ever go the other way? Kate Torgovnick discovered that yes, it does. She lists four famous men who took their wives’ names, on The Frisky:

  • Jay Mohr: Added wife Nikki Cox’s last name to his, so he’s Jay Cox Mohr. Why not put his last name first? Because, um, then it would be Mohr Cox…

  • Jay-Z: He’s also rumored to have added his wife Beyonce’s last name, changing his to Shawn Knowles Carter.
  • John Lennon: He became John Ono Lennon when he married Yoko.
