Tourist Sues Vegas Escort Service for 'Illegal Act'

A bizarre, litigious story from the Vegas sex industry: A weekend tourist from New York is suing Las Vegas Exclusive Personals because the stripper it sent to his hotel room did something that exposed him to arrest, the Las Vegas Sun reports. From the beginning: College student Hubert Blackman paid the stripper $155 for a lap dance, and says she talked him into letting her perform a sex act for an extra $120. She didn't, however, stay for the promised full hour.

Blackman called the service to complain, then called the cops when he was denied a refund. The police referred him to the Better Business Bureau and reminded him that prostitution is illegal. When he got home, Blackman sued the escort service in New York federal court. "An escort did an illegal sexual act on me during her paid service to me'' and "I almost had gotten arrested." He wants the court to shut down the business, refund his money, and throw in $1.8 million to boot for the "tragic event."
