The group is urging Rupert Murdoch to sanction Beck and Fox News chief Roger Ailes. It has bought a full-page ad in one of Murdoch's own papers, the Wall Street Journal, to urge him to take action, the Washington Post reports. "You diminish the memory and meaning of the Holocaust when you use it to discredit any individual or organization you disagree with," the group's letter states. "That is what Fox News has done in recent weeks, and it is not only 'left-wing rabbis' who think so. " A Fox exec labeled the group of rabbis—which includes the heads of the Reform, Conservative and Reconstructionist movements as well as Orthodox rabbis— "a George Soros backed left-wing political organization."
