"I think we should all come down as strongly as we can for the restoration of democracy," the ex-PM said today after returning from Karachi.
Meanwhile, police continue to lock up thousands of lawyers who are protesting the crackdown on the judicial system. Lawyers were immediately arrested if they attempted to enter Islamabad or Lahore courthouses, CNN reports, and police were given cash bonuses for beating and arresting lawyers.
