(AP Photo/Julie Jacobson) A top Las Vegas drug prosecutor is getting a view from the other side: He's been arrested for allegedly buying crack cocaine, the Las Vegas Review-Journal reports. David Schubert, who has prosecuted the likes of Paris Hilton and Bruno Mars, was spotted buying the drug from a street dealer on Saturday, police say. "It's disheartening to know the individual who I assigned to prosecute high-level drug cases is allegedly using rock cocaine," said the DA. "His future is bleak with the district attorney's office." Schubert has been suspended and is in the process of being terminated, he added. But the man who defended Hilton and Mars took Schubert’s side. “I believe everyone is innocent until proven guilty.
