Knut to Be Stuffed, Displayed

Knut spent his life on display in the Berlin Zoo, and in death he'll move to a museum. The famous bear will be stuffed and exhibited in Berlin's Natural History Museum, the New York Post reports, citing the Times of London. Even as veterinarians examined Knut to determine a cause of death, a taxidermist was there to make sure the bear's fur didn't get damaged.

Meanwhile, autopsy results are still unclear and reports only state that Knut was suffering from some sort of brain damage. Before his death, he turned in circles in his compound, had a leg spasm, fell unconscious into his moat and drowned. Animal rights activists continue to accuse the zoo of treating Knut poorly, and one says his death could have been caused "by an interaction of incest, inherited disease, and stress."
