A grand jury formally indicted Mangum yesterday, following the Wednesday death of Reginald Daye, the boyfriend she is accused of stabbing, the News & Observer reports. Mangum, best known as the bogus victim in the Duke Lacrosse rape case, was arrested two weeks ago after allegedly stabbing Daye during an argument.
