(AP Photo / Libyan TV via APTN) After disappearing from the public eye on April 30 when his son was killed in a NATO air strike, Moammar Gadhafi has been spotted again on Libyan state television. The footage, seen by Reuters, showed Gadhafi meeting with officials at a Tripoli hotel. One old man told Gadhafi, "You will be victorious." A screen behind the embattled leader showed a morning talk show dated yesterday. Meanwhile, NATO strikes appear to continue; a correspondent says he heard at least two blasts in Tripoli today and Libyan officials showed journalists the bodies of two people they say were killed in NATO strikes. Yesterday, UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon called for a ceasefire, but rebels rejected the idea because they don't trust Gadhafi. Click for the latest on Libya. (More Libya stories.) Report an error
