His wife, Anne Sinclair, is scrambling to find a New York apartment for his home-confinement, after her initial rental in Manhattan didn’t work out, said an insider. As it stands, Strauss-Kahn looks set to depart Rikers Island today, but “no one will be released until all the conditions have been satisfied,” said the judge in his case.
