'Epic' Palin Movie Likely to Launch White House Run

Sarah Palin is planning to blast her way back onto the national stage next month with a two-hour movie touting her strengths. The Undefeated documents Palin's years as governor and her rise to nationwide attention, portraying her as a maverick figure persecuted by enemies in the media and in both political parties, RealClearPolitics reports. In what is widely expected to be a prelude to a presidential announcement, the movie will premiere in Iowa.

Conservative filmmaker Stephen Bannon came up with the idea for the movie after the Palin team asked him to make a series of videos extolling Palin's time as governor and laying to rest questions about her resignation. "This film is a call to action for a campaign like 1976: Reagan vs. the establishment," says Bannon, who financed the $1 million production. "Let's have a good old-fashioned brouhaha."
