Norway is ramping up security in the wake of the twin terror attacks in and near Oslo. The group Ansar al-Jihad al-Alami, or Helpers of the Global Jihad, has claimed responsibility, but it remains unclear whether the group was actually behind the strikes, reports the New York Times. In a statement, the group blamed Norway's presence in Afghanistan and cited insults to Mohammed. "There is more to come," it warned. (More Oslo stories.)
