Here's a video of heroism and horror. Below, you'll see a group of bystanders rush to lift a burning car while police officers and other bystanders pull the limp body of a motorcycle driver from beneath it. The incident occurred just before noon yesterday in Utah, the Salt Lake Tribune reports. Motorcyclist Brandon Wright was cruising down US Highway 89 when a BMW pulled out in front of him from a nearby parking lot.
Wright laid down his bike, and the car rolled over him and snapped the bike's gas line, setting both vehicles on fire. Bystanders rushed to free Wright, who is currently in critical condition with broken bones and burns. The driver of the BMW is unhurt, though police say he "was shaken up, obviously."
