Mariah Yeater's lawyers are keeping mum over the latest news—that the baby mama first blamed her ex for impregnating her and allegedly smacked him, TMZ reports. Matthew Pare and Lance Rogers, who filed Yeater's paternity suit against Justin Bieber, said this week they had "credible evidence" that the Biebs is in fact the baby daddy (though they gave no details). When TMZ called them up about the assault story, the attorneys strangely didn't call back.
As TMZ reports it, Yeater originally accused ex-boyfriend John Terranova of impregnating her—this according to Terranova's grandmother. Yeater argued with her ex about it, allegedly smashed a car window, and returned later that day to pay for damages—but got in another argument with Terranova and slapped him three times. Charged with battery, Yeater is facing an upcoming court date in Las Vegas. (Click to see Bieber's reaction to her.)
