The words everyone wanted to hear regarding the kidnapping of Washington Nationals baseball player Wilson Ramos in Venezuela: "They got him. He's safe." His agent tells the Washington Post that police rescued him somewhere in the mountains of central Venezuela. A government official has confirmed the news. Ramos, in his native country playing winter ball, was abducted from his family home Wednesday. He is reportedly fine and on his way back to a happy reunion. (More Wilson Ramos stories.)
