Jerry Sandusky allegedly assaulted young boys in his own home repeatedly, sometimes when his wife was in the house, according to chilling grand jury testimony from two new accusers. Both testified they were abused over several years by the former Penn State assistant football coach, and forced to perform oral sex in the basement of Sandusky's home, reports the New York Times. In addition, one of the accusers, 11 or 12 years old at the time, testified that Sandusky raped or tried to rape him 16 times. During one attack, he "screamed for help, knowing that Sandusky’s wife was upstairs, but no one ever came to help him," stated the grand jury report. The man testified that he rarely saw Sandusky's wife, Dottie, and that the coach brought dinners to the boy in a basement bedroom during his frequent overnight stays.

Sandusky was re-arrested yesterday on new sex assault charges linked to the grand jury testimony. He now faces more than 50 counts of various child sex abuse charges. The latest testimony reveals a pattern of behavior by Sandusky that involved extensive "grooming" of suspected victims he met through his Second Mile Charity with gifts and special trips to Penn State football games, said Attorney General Linda Kelly. That escalated into physical contact, and then assault, she said. Both of the new victims came forward after Sandusky's arrest last month on charges he molested eight other young boys.
