Prince Harry may testify in a case involving a friend whose cell phone was allegedly stolen late last month, ABC News reports. Harry was on the phone with buddy Thomas van Straubenzee on Nov. 30 when Harry overheard his friend's cell being robbed. Harry drove to south-west London looking for von Staubenzee and eventually reported the crime to a nearby police station.

Police have recovered the phone and nabbed a suspect—but will Harry appear in court next month? “He will do whatever he needs to do on behalf of his friend to bring the alleged criminals to justice,” a rep tells the Daily Express. British reporters say a senior royal family member has never before reported a crime at a cop shop. But it's not the only act of royal heroism: Prince William helped rescue Russian sailors last month. "They're action boys," says a former rep for Queen Elizabeth. (More Prince Harry stories.)
