From the serious-lack-of-perspective department: A woman in Wisconsin faces felony child abuse charges because she choked her daughter in a rage after the loss of the Green Bay Packers on Sunday, say police. The 11-year-old girl had red marks and scratches on her neck and said her mother asked her, "Do you want to die?" reports the Appleton Post-Crescent. The mother, who had been drinking during the game, reportedly also tried to punch her husband in the face over the game. She remains in jail. The loss ended Green Bay's hopes for a perfect season.
