Divers have pulled the body of a woman in a life vest from the wreckage of the cruise ship Costa Concordia, reports the AP, raising the death toll to 13. The unidentified woman was discovered in the rear of the ship, in an underwater section. At least 20 people remain unaccounted for, and the AP reported earlier today that unregistered passengers may have been aboard the ship. (More Costa Concordia stories.)
