Amanda Knox spent fours years in an Italian prison before her murder conviction was tossed out, but now she's ready to head back to Italy. She still "loves Italy," and will likely travel there as a tourist, her attorney tells ABC News. She's also planning to go in the fall to testify at her parents' slander trial. Curt Knox was charged with slander after he told an Italian newspaper that local cops roughed up his daughter. Her mom was also charged when she said Amanda was warned that she'd never see her parents again. A preliminary hearing in the slander case was held yesterday. Knox is expected to be the only defense witness at the upcoming trial. (More Amanda Knox stories.)
