The Sharks, playing without Jonathan Cheechoo and Jeremy Roenick, were helped by Steve Bernier, who scored two goals against a normally stingy Buffalo Wild defense. Sharks goalie Evgeni Nabokov had a couple of big saves, stopping breakaways by Marian Gaborik and Aaron Voros. The only goal against him came in the third when Radivojevic scored on the power play.
