Bee Gees singer Robin Gibb has awoken after falling into a coma after contracting pneumonia in his battle with liver and and colon cancer more than a week ago, reports the BBC. Gibb's wife Dwina says she was playing Roy Orbison's "Crying" in an effort to revive him when Gibb started to cry. He is now apparently able to nod a communicate with family who have kept a vigil by his bedside, with his children and brother Barry often singing to him. (More Bee Gees stories.)
