Maybe he should have blown the bloody doors off? Michael Caine spent an uncomfortable night locked in the attic of an empty theater in New Orleans during the filming of heist movie Now You See Me, a production source tells the Mirror. The 79-year-old actor went to a makeshift dressing room for a quick nap, but failed to hear directors calling a wrap and was locked in by crew members who thought he had gone to his trailer.

"When Michael eventually woke up, he realized he was locked in," the source says. “His mobile phone was in his trailer and there was no electricity in the attic, meaning he couldn’t see a thing. It was pitch black." Caine was only found the next morning when a carpenter arrived on-set and heard his cries. "It’s fair to say Michael wasn’t in the best of moods—although he was grateful to have been found," the source says. (More actor stories.)
