For those who didn't learn the hard way last year to not wonder what Anthony Weiner does in his free time, the New York Post has the scoop, now that he has a lot more of it: In a nutshell, the Democrats' former rising star is changing a lot of diapers. Since his inglorious departure from Congress nearly a year ago, Weiner dabbled in political consulting, thought about becoming a television pundit, and tried to be a kingmaker in the election for his old seat. But nothing really stuck—until the birth of his firstborn, Jordan Zain, just before Christmas.

Since then, the Post notes, he's been pulling full-time daddy duty while wife Huma Abedin trots around the world as Hillary Clinton's right-hand woman. "The baby seems to have been really, really positive for him, having something positive to put your everything into every day," a Weiner "buddy" tells the Post. And while the friend says Weiner might still be "trying to figure out what he wants to do," a congressional source notes that Weiner will return: “No doubt, with his personality, he’s going to want to make a resurgence."
