Before Jason Kidd crashed into a pole and was busted on drunk driving charges in the Hamptons yesterday, he was in pretty bad shape after partying at a club, TMZ reports. Kidd looked "incredibly drunk," witnesses say, and ultimately had to be carried out—after first breaking a light when he attempted to hang from it. Friends didn't want him to drive, but he did around 1am, and crashed less than an hour later. His attorney confirms the NBA player and new addition to the Knicks has pleaded not guilty. TMZ has the picture of him being helped out of the club and other pictures from his rowdy evening, or you can check out his bruised mug shot. (More Jason Kidd stories.)
