A Cincinnati restaurateur and victims' advocate is convinced ex-cop Drew Peterson killed Peterson's missing ex-wife—and he's offering $100,000 to whomever can find her body. "We think somebody knows something but they were afraid to come forward, and $100,000, quite frankly, makes people get a little bit more brave," Jeff Ruby says.

As for Illinois police, they "couldn’t find fish in Lake Michigan," he says. “They ain’t even looking for her." The restaurant owner, whose ex-brother-in-law was murdered, has long made his opinions clear on murder cases, often taking out ads in local papers, the Cincinnati Enquirer reports. He once threw OJ Simpson out of his steakhouse. Meanwhile, the Chicago Tribune has the latest in Peterson's murder trial involving a different wife. (More Cincinnati stories.)
