Think Lindsay Lohan is the first celebrity to get completely banned from a fancypants hotel? Think again. The Stir rounds up six more:

  • Britney Spears: Like Lohan, she got herself banned from the Chateau Marmont in 2007. In her case, it was because she allegedly smeared food all over her face in a freakout in front of other diners.

  • Nicki Minaj: It was her fans who got her booted from London's Dorchester Hotel, with hundreds mobbing the lobby in search for her. Chaos, involving fights and graffiti, ensued.
  • Russell Crowe: He got angry at a desk clerk at New York City's Mercer Hotel—and threw a phone in his face. Assault charges were brought.
Click for the complete list, including one star who was banned for "creepy" behavior at the spa—and another who did $20,000 worth of damage to a room. (More Russell Crowe stories.)
