(AP Photo/Haraz N. Ghanbari) New York police have dropped assault and harassment charges against a man who allegedly attacked Lindsay Lohan at a hotel this weekend, TMZ reports. Lohan accused Christian LaBella of choking her and holding her down before a friend of Lohan's could pull him off, TMZ reported earlier. Apparently it all started when Lohan confronted him about cell phone photos he had taken of her. She had met LaBella earlier on at a nightclub. Now he has filed his own complaint against Lohan—saying she harassed him, reports WNBC. (More Lindsay Lohan stories.) Report an error
