The US Anti-Doping Agency is releasing a damning report accusing cycling legend Lance Armstrong of being at the center of “the most sophisticated, professionalized, and successful doping program that sport has ever seen,” reports NBC News. The report amasses sworn testimony from 23 sources, including 12 of Armstrong's teammates and amounts to a summary of the facts the agency collected and used as the basis to strip him of his seven Tour de France titles. Armstrong's people are already playing defense, with one lawyer saying, “USADA, the prosecutor, now pretends to issue its own ‘reasoned decision,’ even though there was no judge, no jury, and no hearing."
