Supreme Court to Rule on Ariz. Voter Registration Law

The Supreme Court today agreed to consider reinstating a controversial Arizona law requiring people to prove they are US citizens before registering to vote. Lower court rulings rejected the law, saying that it was superseded by federal law, which requires voters to swear on the penalty of perjury that they are US citizens, but requires no proof, the AP explains.
