At a news conference today, police identified the suspect as 17-year-old Austin Reed Sigg, saying they'd found him after getting a call last night that led them to a home near the Ketner Lake Open Space. Sigg's home is about five miles from Ridgeway's. His mother tells the AP that he turned himself in. On hearing the news, Jessica's great-grandmother said she was "grateful to God that the community pulled together and the police department didn’t quit."
