Hillary Clinton today rebuffed the notion that she might stay on for some or all of a second term as secretary of state if President Obama wins re-election, the Washington Post reports. "It’s really still my same time frame," she said. "I’m aiming to leave shortly after the inauguration; that’s my plan." Obama has been too busy campaigning to discuss it with her, she said, but she'll stay until her successor is confirmed by the Senate—a typical MO for cabinet members who serve only one term, notes the Post.
