Don't expect JLo's 25-year-old boytoy to dish on their relationship. Like all her staff, Casper Smart has signed a non-disclosure/confidentiality agreement, Radar reveals. He apparently signed it when he was indeed under her employ (he's a choreographer), but a source tells Radar, "Casper had absolutely no qualms about signing the agreement, and has told Jen on multiple occasions that even if he didn't work for her, he would have signed the contract. Jen loves him even more for that." The confidentiality agreement covers any interactions that a staff member may have with JLo ... even when said employee is off-the-clock.
