One grizzly bear had to be put down in order to recover the 24-year-old man's body, a spokesman for Animals of Montana tells the Bozeman Daily Chronicle. "It's obviously a tragic situation, and I don't think we'll ever know exactly what happened," he says. Police and wildlife officials are investigating.
