A Florida man thought he found a cheap way to put a turkey on the table for Thanksgiving: He admitted to police that he snuck onto his neighbors' property with a friend and killed a bird with a bow and arrow, reports the Pensacola News Journal. The problem is that the Caponi family thought of 30-pound "Tom" as a family pet. "It was like having a normal family dog," says mom Christa. Now neighbor Jacob Provo, 18, and pal Joshua Anderson, 19, are facing a slew of serious charges: armed burglary, armed trespassing, theft of livestock, and animal cruelty.
