Leading video game industry reps will today meet with Joe Biden, who has announced he will send the White House's gun violence task force's recommendations to the president by Tuesday, reports the Hill. Among those in attendance will be the CEO of lobbying group the Entertainment Software Association, which represents companies such as Electronic Arts and Microsoft. Violent video games have once again come under fire in the wake of the Sandy Hook shooting, but there's no word on whether Biden's list of recommendations will mention such games. Tighter background checks will likely make the cut, but maybe not a renewal of the ban on assault weapons. (More video games stories.)
