Poor Lindsay Lohan has hit a new low (or, as the New York Daily News gleefully calls it, "a new LiLow"): She's moved back in with her mom. She's got little money coming in, her accounts are frozen thanks to unpaid back taxes, and she can no longer afford to rent an $8,000-per-month place in Beverly Hills, so sources say she's been back in her childhood bedroom in Long Island for about three months. It's a win-win, because Dina Lohan needs Lindsay's help to pay the mortgage, the Daily News notes.

Oh, and, of course, Dina is also worried about her daughter and wants to "keep a close eye on her," a source says. The source goes on to lament: "After all that time being in the business, making money, [Lindsay] doesn’t own a house, a car, furniture, an apartment. She has nothing to her name. It’s quick money here and there and she blows it right away." Lohan apparently tried to get Donald Trump to give her a discount on her own apartment, but he wouldn't. Her rep confirms the actress is back in New York, but denied that she's living with her mother. (More Lindsay Lohan stories.)
