If you have any Lean Cuisine mushroom ravioli in your freezer, you might want to think twice before eating it. Nestlé Prepared Foods Co. has issued a recall for the product, the AP reports, over a tiny, little problem: Consumers reported finding glass shards in it. Officials say affected products have codes of 2311587812 and 2312587812 and a "best before" date of December 2013. The product shipped in November, and Nestlé believes most of the potentially dangerous packages have already been sold to consumers, the Consumerist reports.
