Breaking news: Amanda Bynes is still acting very, very strange. The latest: She had to move out of her New York apartment and into a hotel under threat of eviction, because neighbors were complaining about her bizarre behavior. "Her door was left open all the time," one tells the New York Post. "And we saw that she put red [lightbulbs] in every outlet." She also once walked down to the lobby at 2am, "laughing hysterically for four minutes," then returned to her apartment. "She was really nice at first," the source adds. "She knocked on some doors and introduced herself and wanted to hang out, but then she started acting weird."

Earlier this month, TMZ reported that Bynes' drug use contributed to the threat of eviction; she reportedly smoked pot "morning, noon, and night"—sometimes even in the hallways—and there were complaints of marijuana smoke wafting from her apartment. The gossip site even had pictures of the moving vans, but Bynes insisted to Celebuzz that she wasn't moving and doesn't even have a landlord, because she owns her condo. Bynes has also been acting oddly on Twitter, E! notes, recently tweeting a blurry photo of herself winking and wearing a wig, and earlier calling Jay-Z "ugly face." (More Amanda Bynes stories.)
